Maniquí completo de entrenamiento de habilidades clínicas
Este simulador de cuerpo completo, con anatomía masculina realista, ha sido desarrollado para la enseñanza y evaluación de una amplia gama de habilidades clínicas. Está diseñado para cubrir múltiples escenarios de entrenamiento médico, permitiendo la práctica de procedimientos esenciales como el manejo de la vía aérea, inserción de sondas nasogástricas y gástricas, colocación de sondas Sengstaken-Blakemore, venopunción y extracción de sangre arterial.
También admite prácticas de inyección intramuscular, punción y perfusión intraósea tibial, punciones de neumotórax e hidrotórax, paracentesis abdominal, medición de presión arterial no invasiva (PANI), cateterismo urinario masculino, técnicas de inmovilización y reducción de fracturas, además de reanimación cardiopulmonar (RCP) con retroalimentación.

Características:
Anatomía: Estructuras anatómicas correctas y puntos de referencia óseos realistas.
Durabilidad: Estructura ósea biónica de cuerpo completo con conexiones de acero para una mayor durabilidad.
Realismo:
1. Figura de tamaño natural con piel realista que crea una impresión táctil.
2. Se pueden adoptar múltiples posiciones corporales, como la posición supina (decúbito dorsal), la posición sentada, la posición de Fowler, la posición de litotomía, la posición lateral, etc., con la ayuda del cuello móvil, las articulaciones bilaterales de los hombros, las articulaciones de la cadera, las articulaciones de las rodillas, etc.
Versatilidad:
1. Manejo avanzado de la vía aérea
– Anatomía completa y realista con nariz, boca, dientes, lengua, arco palatogloso, arco palatofaríngeo, amígdalas, pared faríngea posterior, epiglotis, glotis, cartílago cricoides, cartílago tiroides, tráquea, bronquios izquierdo y derecho, pulmones, esófago.
– La cabeza se puede inclinar hacia atrás para realizar intubación endotraqueal oral (OETT) y ventilación con bolsa-válvula-mascarilla (BVM). La palpación del cartílago cricoides y del cartílago tiroides permite realizar tirococentesis y traqueotomía.
– La piel del cuello y los consumibles laríngeos son reemplazables.
2. Colocación de sondas nasogástricas/gástricas
– La colocación de sondas NG (nasogástricas) / OG (orogástricas) se puede realizar para el entrenamiento de la alimentación nasal y el lavado gástrico.
– El líquido de lavado gástrico se puede llenar y drenar.
– Fácil de limpiar después de su uso.
3. Colocación del tubo Sengstaken-Blakemore
– El tubo SB se utiliza como técnica de emergencia para controlar el sangrado de las venas esofágicas inflamadas.
– El verdadero tubo Sengstaken-Blakemore se puede insertar a través de la nariz o la boca e inflar el globo con aire hasta alcanzar la presión deseada.
4. Venopunción
– Se puede utilizar para realizar entrenamiento de punción e infusión de la red venosa dorsal de la vena de la mano y del codo.
– Produce un reflujo de sangre realista en la jeringa tras la correcta colocación y punción del torniquete. Si el torniquete no está ligado o está mal ligado, no se puede observar el reflujo de sangre.
Tras la punción exitosa , afloje el torniquete y se puede simular una infusión intravenosa continua. Si no se afloja el torniquete, no se podrá realizar la infusión.
– El brazo puede recibir infusión continua de líquidos o infusión intermitente de líquidos por parte de varios operadores durante al menos 200 ml.
– Durante toda la operación, no se necesitan bolsas de sangre externas, bolsas de agua u otros auxiliares, y son fáciles de transportar.
– Los vasos sanguíneos son resistentes y pueden perforarse repetidamente . Se pueden perforar al menos 50 veces por centímetro cuadrado de vaso sanguíneo.
– Los módulos de mano y codo se pueden quitar y reemplazar fácilmente después de su uso.
5. Recolección de sangre arterial
– Puede generar automáticamente la pulsación de la arteria radial que se puede palpar en la muñeca.

7. Punción y perfusión tibial
– La punción se puede realizar desde aproximadamente 1 cm por debajo del plano del tubérculo tibial (TT) hasta la superficie medial anterior en la unión del tercio superior y medio de la tibia.
– Se puede sentir un “pop” cuando la aguja de punción penetra.
– Infusión continua de no menos de 200ml.

8. Punción de neumotórax

10. Paracentesis abdominal

– Las presiones sistólica y diastólica se pueden ajustar continuamente entre 0 y 300 mmHg y se pueden configurar por separado.
– Los valores de presión sistólica y diastólica y la frecuencia del pulso se pueden ajustar a voluntad.
– El nivel de volumen se puede ajustar según circunstancias específicas con los sonidos de Korotkoff.

13. Reposición de fracturas e inmovilización con férulas
– Simulación de fracturas de fémur, tibia y peroné.
– Deformidades angulares de las extremidades (ALD) visibles.

– Se pueden entrenar técnicas de reducción de fracturas de huesos largos y de entablillado.
14. RCP
